VTS-i tuleb teavitada poide võimalikust sisenemisest Eesti vetesse ning need sealt eemaldada esimesel võimalusel; 6. tegevuste täpne aeg ja asukoht ning kõik muud olulised meresõiduohutust tagavad tingimused tuleb õigeaegselt kooskõlastada VTS/GOFREP operaatoriga vastaval VHF töökanalil; 7. ankurdamine on keelatud lähemal kui 0,5 M veealustest kaablitest ja torujuhtmetest; 8. uuringukohad SLLO4N ja 19 on planeeritud sõjaväe harjutusaladesse. Palume täiendavalt teavitada Transpordiametit e-posti teel [email protected] täpsest ajavahemikust, millal mainitud punktis uuringuid teostatakse. Six drifter buoys are deployed in Finnish EEZ and/or territorial sea and, depending on weather conditions, their retrieval could take place within Estonian EEZ and/or territorial sea. During the drifting experiments vertical CTD profiles (salinity, temperature, oxygen) will be made to study the water column structure in the Gulf of Finland: some of these stations are situated also in Estonian EEZ. The currents in the water column will be measured continuously with a ship-borne acoustic current meter ADCP. The study will also include the collection of aerosol samples from both water and air to determine the Baltic Sea's contribution as a source of aerosol particles. In addition, calibration of several CTD sensors and maintenance of moored measuring instruments (monitoring stations) are planned. VTS must be notified when buoys are likely to enter Estonian waters, and they must be removed from Estonian waters at the earliest opportunity; 6. the exact time and location of the activities, as well as any other relevant information needed to ensure maritime safety, must be coordinated with the VTS/GOFREP operator on the relevant VHF working channel in a timely manner; 7. anchoring and trawling is prohibited closer than 0,5 NM to underwater cables and pipelines; 8. the stations SLLO4N and 19 are planned within designated military practice areas.
