Paraku on vaja ÜVA veelkord ringi teha.
* lepingus on kokku lepitud, et tasumine käib üks kord kvartalis. ÜVA-l on
toodud välja kuumakse summa.
* See on pisem mure, kuid kui juba muuta tuleb, siis võib ka selle korda
teha. Rendiperiood algab .01.06.2025, siis 48 kuud renti saab täis
31.05.2029 mitte 01.06.2029

Pärast lepingu loovutamist toimub osamaksete tasumine SIA Citadele Leasing Eesti filiaal i arveldusarvele . Vaatamata lepingu loovutamisele toimub lepingualane infovahetus endiselt ATEA AS ja Riigi Info- ja Kommunikatsioonitehnoloogia Keskus e vahel .
