08.05.2026 11.1-4/26/1052-1 Triinu Putnik Saaremaa Sailing Academy MTÜ Nõgese, Pihtla küla 94101 Saaremaa Ref.: Project EE-LV00157 “Active and strong sailing community in Saaremaa and Salacgrīva- Kuiviži.” (“Active Sustainability”) Dear Ms Triinu Putnik, The Joint Secretariat has received the Request for Changes for the project “Active Sustainability“, submitted by the lead partner on 28 April 2026. The request relates to the following changes: 1. Project prolongation until 31.07.2027. Activity 1.1 International activity- workshop for youths – end period should be changed from 31.05.2026 to 30.09.2026. Activity 1.2 Joint trip to Kihnu and practical workshop at sea, including final seminar – end period should be changed from 31.05.2026 to 31.07.2027. The request is not related to changes in the project budget or partnership, and the content of the activities remains unchanged; only the implementation timeline is adjusted. The Joint Secretariat and Managing Authority have reviewed the request and approved the abovementioned change on 5 May 2026. Respective changes have been inserted in the project application form in the Jems.
