During this meeting, Member States will be invited to vote on the following legislative acts related to the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2022/2371 on serious cross-border threats to health: * a Draft Commission Implementing Regulation on the communicable diseases, related special health issues and events to be covered by epidemiological surveillance as well as relevant case definitions and repealing Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/945, * a Draft Commission Implementing Regulation on procedures for the operation of the network for epidemiological surveillance, * a Draft Commission Implementing Regulation on the functioning of the digital platform for surveillance pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2022/2371 of the European Parliament and of the Council, In March 2025, we had already invited you to nominate representative(s) of your country to participate in this meeting (see first attachment). Considering the time that has passed since then, we would like to ensure that the list of representatives nominated last year is still up to date. You will find your reply to our original request in the second attachment.
