We kindly ask you to share with us the name of the hotel your delegation have selected. Regarding flights to Warsaw, we kindly remind you that Chopin Warsaw Airport, located within the city boundaries, is the closest airport to the city centre and may be the most convenient option for your travel. Please note that there are two more airports located near Warsaw. Warsaw-Radom Airport is located approximately 100 km south of Warsaw city centre (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes by car) and Warsaw-Modlin Airport is located approximately 40 km north of Warsaw city centre (approximately 40 minutes by car). For organisational reasons, if a moderator or a panellist from your delegation intends to use a PowerPoint presentation, we kindly ask that you inform us. This will help us to facilitate the necessary technical arrangements for the Conference.
