We are active in the field of aerial photography with airplanes for over 10 years in some 20 European countries. We would like to extend our activity over the Estonia territory for the next year. EASA Regulation – Declaration Part-SPO Following the introduction of the new European Regulations by EASA on the 21st April 2017, we would like to confirm with your Authority that our Acknowledgment of receipt of a Declaration for Part-SPO (see attachment) issued by the Swiss Authority FOCA will continue to be valid and recognized in 2018 to allow our aircraft to fly over the entire Estonian territory ? Regulations for aerial photographic work Concerning the nature of our flights and according to your area of responsibilities, could you let us know if there has been or will be any new regulations introduced concerning aerial photographic work, especially with regards to either taking pictures or publishing pictures of Restricted or non-restricted zones? Our intentions are always to comply with all established rules & regulations and your comments or feedback would be greatly appreciated to achieve that goal. For your information : * The 3 aircrafts available for high altitude missions are HB-GLA, HB-GLB (B200 King Air) and HB-FOZ (PC12 Pilatus) * The 6 aircrafts available for low altitude missions are HB-CZG, HB-CZY (T206H Cessna), HB-LUA, HB-LUN, HB-LUZ (P68C Vulcanair) and HB-TEN (208B Cessna) * In case of need during our operations, the phone number is: 0041 79 173 18 28 * The numeration of the lines is always from East to West (for high altitude projects) * Ideally, we begging our high altitude missions by the South East * We cannot know when are we going to fly these missions due to many criteria unknown at this day (weather, availability of our aircrafts, our of crews, etc…) We thank you in advance for your comments and any assistance and remain of course at your disposal to provide you with all additional information about our company or activities you may need in this process.
