We haven´t got any information about renewal of contract although you promised to do it in March. In
the beginning of September our inspector participated in “Implementing a Fatigue Risk Management”
course and we had to pay full price. Please give any feedback regarding to contract.

We are currently developing and changing guidelines for contracts with our partners.
For now I have extended our contract till March 2018 with same conditions as in 2017.

Estonian CAA wishes to renew the contract with you from 01-01-2018.
Do we have to use any registration code to get discount? At current year we mostly have to ask discount
after getting invoice despite the contract.

I have had contact with my manager and agreed to renew the contract from today 11-05-2017 till 01-01-
2018.
The discount will be counted for all new registrations from today.
Last year colleagues from CAA Estonia followed 6 courses with us, we hope that this number will be at
least the same this year.
From 2018 we can evaluate the situation again and renew when possible.
