According to Estonian AIP Part 1 GEN 1.2, scheduled air services in Estonian airspace are operated under repetitive flight plans (RPL), which shall be submitted to the Civil Aviation Administration for approval at least 30 days before the first scheduled flight. Non-scheduled flights with aircraft registered in States which are parties to the Chicago Convention to make flights into or in transit over Estonian territory may be operated without prior permission. If the destination airports are changed, there is no need apply again. We have no 24/7 availability. Please use ICAO model repetitive flight plan (RPL) listing form which can be found in ICAO Doc 4444. All the applications should be sent via email to [email protected]. If so, how should we apply? May I ask if there is any person on duty who is responsible for the work on the 24H, can you tell us his contact information? I need to learn more information about something that if our flight alternate to your country or delay more than 24h or temporary change route.Do we need to apply the temporary flightover again?Or we only need to send a new FPL by telegram (SITA/AFTN) ?And if we CNL our flight plan and we need to make up another flight , are there any special requirements regarding our replenishment flight number?
