We have the pleasure of inviting you to the 21st Meeting of the Baltic Electronic Communications and Postal Services Regulators in Kaunas, Lithuania, on 11-12 September 2025. This year, we have the honour of inviting Mr. Jacek Oko, President of the Office of Electronic Communications UKE and his team, to attend Baltreg in Lithuania and contribute to the discussions and exchanges about the latest information, best practices and lessons learnt on GNSS interferences from 3rd countries, network resilience, scam, spectrum management, broadband development, market analysis and end-users, postal regulation, and other topics.
