Dear Frank,
As per our Framework Agreement from 2023 article 3.1, we ask for a tender to the following:
* Full maintenance and support contract for 12 months (starting from the closest time possible after the current maintenance contract ends) including service, support and updates for the LS telcom CHIRplus_BC, CHIRplus_TC and SPECTRAemc;
In case your submitted tender is in compliance with the Framework Agreement, we can submit an acceptance of the tender. If needed, we will bring out in the acceptance, if there are some clauses we should modify or if some clauses are not applicable at all. To fully conclude the procurement contract, both parties would sign both the tender and the acceptance of the tender.
According to our Framework Agreement art 5.2, an instrument of delivery shall be concluded, if applicable. However, full maintenance is a service, not physically deliverable. In such case, a delivery notification is not necessary.
As per Framework Agreement article 6.2, the payment deadline has to be at least 21 calendar days as of submission of the invoice.
The deadline for your tender submission is 18.07.2025.
