Subject: Traffic Rights Application Information
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you to request an update on the information we have regarding the applications for
traffic rights.
Currently our records are 10 years out of date so any help would be very much appreciated on new
information on the following items:-
- The name of the department that grants landing permits for charters
Flight Operations Department
- The names of the people in this department that handle the applications
Usually it’s Mr Karl Rattassep. When he’s out of office, then it’s Mr Kaupo Toodu.
- The process of applying (i.e. online form? Is there a fee?)
Applications sent via email are acceptable, there is no form nor fee.
- What are the normal working hours?
09:00-16:00
- How long do they need to process applications normally?
Usually it takes couple of days.
