While the Conference is just around the corner, please find attached for your convenience the Agenda updated. We are very much looking forward to your participation in what promises to be a valuable exchange of insights and judicial experiences among the highest courts of Central and Eastern Europe.
In preparing for the upcoming discussions, we wish to highlight that certain topics on the agenda may intersect with the values and commitments reflected in the Brijuni Statement of the Principles of the Independence of the Judiciary<https://ceeliinstitute.org/resource/brijuni-statement-of-principles-of-the-independence-of-the-judiciary> <https://ceeliinstitute.org/resource/brijuni-statement-of-principles-of-the-independence-of-the-judiciary> (“Brijuni Principles”).
For any of the participating Courts that have not yet signed the Brijuni Statement, the Conference may also offer a timely and collegial opportunity to consider doing so.
