The federation’s administrative apparatus
consists of 7 people, which in the Estonian
context is a very large number.
The center of governance lies in the board,
since the president is a former secretary

digital space to prevent the abuse and
cyberbullying of athletes, coaches, and other
people involved in sports.
• Develop cross-disciplinary modules for the
Gymnastics ABC training series and publish
the 2026 training calendar by the end of
November 2025. Involve specialists from
different elds and other sports disciplines.
• The state and local governments could
jointly prepare a set of guidelines for
environmentally sustainable sports event
organizers and conduct related trainings and
seminars to teach event organizers how to
follow them.
