Hello,
My name is Kristina Sortoeva and I'm a specialist of the International Yacht School "Sunlight
Sailing" in Latvia.
Our school was founded more than 5 years ago and accredited by the ISSA system. More than
2,500 captains were trained during the entire training period.
We are an accredited international yacht school that teaches our students yachting theory and
practice as well.
Our students usually take exams to obtain the ISSA and the State Inspection of Small
Vehicles of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation certificates.
And we would like to give them an opportunity to take exams for obtaining the
Estonian certificate of competence for operators of pleasure craft.
What is needed for that?
