Cosmetic products free sales confirmation
The Health Board is the competent authority for cosmetic products and chemicals in the Republic
of Estonia and it confirms that the cosmetic products listed in the Attachment of the current
document with 75 cosmetic products listed are freely sold in the European market and notified in
the CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal) in accordance with the Article 13 of the
Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30.11.2009 on
cosmetic products.
