COOPERATION AGREEMENT 12.03.2024 No 1-3/23/0111/0027-1 This COOPERATION AGREEMENT (hereinafter the ‘Agreement’) is entered into by and between: The Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, registry code 70003218 (hereinafter ‘CPTRA’), represented on the basis of the Statutes by Director General Kristi Talving, and Arelion Estonia OÜ, registry code 12606073 (hereinafter ‘Arelion’), represented on the basis of the Articles of Association by Member of the Management Board Philippa Weber, hereinafter individually referred to as a/the ‘Party’ and collectively as the ‘Parties’. Whereas international communication cables constitute an important infrastructure for the Estonian state and Arelion owns communication cables used for connections between the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Finland as well as between the Republic of Estonia and the Kingdom of Sweden (hereinafter the ‘Communication Cable’); The Parties agree as follows: 1. Arelion shall notify CPTRA as soon as reasonably practicable of a) any material breakdown of the Communication Cable and b) any event that significantly disturbs the continuous operation of the Communication Cable. 2. The notification obligation specified in clause 1 also applies to any future communication cables owned by Arelion that have not been installed or put into service upon entry into this Agreement, but which are installed or put into service for the connection between Estonia and states directly connected to Estonia during the term of this Agreement. 3. Arelion shall notify CPTRA in accordance with clause 1 above by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and calling +372 507 0528. 4.
