Good morning,
I am referring to the notification of ZVC Netherlands BV as electronic communications service provider. Please see attached an excerpt of the Estonian registry entry. It states a date of validity since 10 June 2020. I would assume that ZVC Netherlands BV submitted a notification according to section 4 of the Electronic Communications Act?
