(edaspidi ettevõte), volitab Berit Baluta, 11791329 (hereinafter - the ‘Company’),
isikukood 49207304918, kes on klienditoe juht hereby authorises Berit Baluta (personal
Eesti Vabariigis ja Soome Vabariigis, tegema ID No 49207304918), Head of Contact
järgnevaid tehinguid ja toiminguid ettevõtte center for Estonia and Finland, to perform
nimel: the following actions on behalf of the
Company:
- Esindama ettevõtte huve ettevõtte - To represent interests of the Company
klientidega, mis on seotud interneti poe in its relations with customers of the
www.kaup24.ee (edaspidi klient) seoses Company’s online store www.kaup24.ee
klientide kaebustega Trabijavaidluste (the ‘Customers’) and the State
Komisjonis järgnevas: Consumer Rights Protection Service
(including its territorial offices) (the
‘Service’) to the extent related to the:
