Subject: Second half 2026 committee invitation and
committee arrangements for first half 2027
To: Members and Sister Organizations
Dear members,
We are pleased to invite you to the next committee season.
Further information on the arrangements for each committee will be provided shortly. Some committees may begin
with an online opening plenary before the in-person meeting, to allow more time for substantive work at
Headquarters.
Please note that all physical meeting weeks will start on Monday morning.
Online participation will be available. However, based on experience, attendance in person for the full week at
Headquarters remains the preferred format. Closing plenaries will be held online, normally during the week following
the physical meeting.
The agreed dates for each committee are set out below:

Exceptionally, during the first half of 2027, the committees listed below will meet away from Headquarters. This is
due to the new Headquarters building project. Members were invited by Circular Letter 2026/01 to express interest
in hosting the committee meetings and the Council have decided that the hosting arrangements are as follows:
