Dear Ieva and Christoph,
Thank you for the lovely meeting this morning.
As agreed, I informed the Ministry of Culture's support measure coordinator, Olga, and the Paying Authority that the SCO has proposed postponing the submission of the "Supporting Social Inclusion" Reimbursement Request for the period from 01.06.2024 to 31.12.2024. The proposal is to submit it by the end of September 2025 together with the costs for the first half of 2025.
The reason for this is that, according to Article 9.2, point 3 of the Regulations, the first audits of the management and control systems of the Programme Operators shall, in principle, be performed before the first Swiss reimbursement under the Support Measure Agreement — in respect of which the Programme Operator assumes management and control functions — is made.
Both the Ministry of Culture and the Paying Authority have agreed to this proposal, and the Ministry of Culture will submit the costs for the period from 01.06.2024 to 31.12.2024 with the costs for the period from 01.01.2025 to 30.06.2025 by the end of September 2025.
Please confirm that I have correctly understood the SCO’s proposal.
