I got your contact from Pyotr Smoczynski from Rail Baltic Estonia OÜ. We are looking for a seminar that would cover the following topics: 1. In which cases NoBo assesment is needed according to the activity and the construction objects (construction of a new civil engineering work, remodelling, expansion, relocation and replacement of elements with equivalent ones). 2. Practical examples from INFRA, ENE, PRM and CCS TSI-s. 3. Maybe it is possible to bring a good example of NoBo assesment and give an overview of the main topics of the report and how the assesment is compiled. 4. AsBo practical examples and evaluation of the significant changes (Article 4 from EU 402/2013). 5. Is there a fixed list or parameters in Poland according to what the changes are considered significant (Article 4 section 2 in EU 402/2013)? The seminar should be organized online and i assume, it would take time 3-5 hours? It would be appreciated if there will be also time for questions and answers. It is prefered to schedule it in 2023.
