Vaide esitaja on vaidlustanud tervikuna Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet’i
(edaspidi: TTJA) 20.10.2023 haldusakti nr 16-10/23-08671-009 (edaspidi: Haldusakt).
Vaides paluti Haldusakt tühistada.
Vaide esitaja täpsustab vaiet ja palub vaidega Haldusakti mitte tühistada, vaid kehtetuks
tunnistada.
