EVP Dombrovskis thank you for your letter of 13 September 2023. I hereby acknowledge
receipt of your notification under Article 3(7) of the Regulation (EU) 2019/452 of the
European Parliament and of the Council of 19 March 2019 establishing a framework for
the screening of foreign direct investments into the Union.
In accordance with Article 3(8) of the same regulation, DG TRADE has added the
notified measures to the list of Member States' screening mechanisms published on the
Commission’s website (1).
