AMENDMENT NO 1 OF PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT FROM THE NORWEGIAN FINANCIAL MECHANISM UPON APPLYING FOR AND USING THE GRANT Ministry of Social Affairs (hereinafter “Applicant of the Grant”) person having the right of representation, Health and Welfare Information Center (hereinafter “Project Partner 1”) person having the right of representation, hereinafter individually or collectively also referred to as “Applicant of the Grant” / “Project partner” or “Project partners” or “Parties”, considering (i) the extension of the project end date until 30.04.2024 and (ii) that the Parties have continued to fulfil their contractual obligations by carrying out the project and submitting project reports after the end of initial contractual period of 24 months, that can be considered as an indirect manifestation of intention expressed by an act from which the intention to bring about a legal consequence may be inferred (Act on the General Part of the Civil Code, § 68 sec 3) the Parties amend the partnership agreement no 2-2.1/1345-1, signed 09.02.2021 as follows: 1) article 5.11 is amended and worded as follows: “to store the original documentation related to the performance of the application, grant, and Project at least until 31 December 2031;” 2) annex 2 describing tasks and schedule for the extended period of months 25 to 36 is added to the agreement. The Agreement has been signed digitally. The amendments will enter into force after signing the agreement. Months 25-36 – Data extraction tool development and implementation. Month 28 - Data extraction tool completed and installed in computing environment. Month 36 - Deserialization/serialization tool MVP completed and installed in computing environment.
