Dear Members of the World Conference on Constitutional Justice,
I hope this message finds you well.
As you know, the Venice Commission provides the Secretariat of the World Conference on Constitutional Justice (Article 4.c of the Statute of the WCCJ).
As of today, 1 September 2023, I am no longer working for the Secretariat of the Venice Commission, as I have taken up a new position at the Council of Europe. I will therefore also stop working for the WCCJ.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your excellent cooperation in the framework of the World Conference.
Mr Vahe Demirtshyan (
[email protected]<mailto:
[email protected]>) will now assist the WCCJ under the direct supervision of the Director and Secretary of the Venice Commission, Ms Simona Granata-Menghini.
I am fully confident that the WCCJ will continue to function smoothly and efficiently.

J'espère que ce message vous trouvera en bonne santé.
Comme vous le savez, la Commission de Venise assure le Secrétariat de la Conférence mondiale sur la justice constitutionnelle (article 4.c du Statut de la CMCJ).
A compter d'aujourd'hui, 1er septembre 2023, je ne travaille plus pour le Secrétariat de la Commission de Venise, car j'ai pris de nouvelles fonctions au Conseil de l'Europe. Je cesserai donc également de travailler pour la CMJC.
Je voudrais profiter de cette occasion pour vous remercier de votre excellente coopération dans le cadre de la Conférence mondiale.
