Your Excellency,
Before leaving Estonia for Stockholm on Wednesday, 7 October 2026, I wish
to provide a brief update on our activities in Estonia:
- Polymatech Electronics Limited, through its Singapore-based group
company AEIM Pte. Ltd., has invested more than EUR 6 million in acquiring,
restarting and expanding Brandner Electronics OÜ in Paide.
- Brandner is manufacturing multilayer and HDI printed circuit boards of
up to 18 layers, aluminium PCBs and precision-drilled boards.
- Our next phase includes SMT lines, laser drilling, via-filling
capability and additional advanced-manufacturing equipment.
- The facility is supporting medical devices, NANORAA mobile phones, IoT
products and other advanced-electronics programmes.
- We plan to commence silicon-carbide device packaging and power-module
activities in Estonia from 2027.
- We are also progressing additional Estonia-based companies for
engineering, research, advanced technologies and international operations,
reflecting our long-term commitment to investment, employment and skills
development in Estonia.
We regret that we could not have the privilege of meeting Your Excellency
during this visit.
When we next visit Estonia, we would be grateful for an appointment at a
time convenient to Your Excellency. We will provide a further progress
update in advance of that visit.
