To: All BSHC Members, Hydrographic Office of the Polish Navy IHO Secretariat Guests G dynia, 1 5 th Ma y 2020 Subject: 25th Baltic Sea Hydrographic Commission Conference - Stock h olm, Sweden Dear IHO Secretary - Gen e ral, Dear Guests and All BSHC Colleagues, Taking into account present situation concerning COVI D- 19’ restrictions the chair of BSHC as well as the host of the next BSHC25 Conference in common decided to make some changes in preparation phase. First, our Swedish Colleagues have just arranged to move the last reservation day to July 22nd at the Hotel Hasselbacken in Stock h olm . Second , to avoid costs of the conference if it is cancelled t he host country proposed to make decision about the Conference by August 14th as the last date. We regret for any inconveniences as occured by this decisi o n however situation is still unpredictable. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Please, take care!!!
