THYSSENKRUPP: ATLAS ELEKTRONIK BECOMES TKMS ATLAS ELEKTRONIK
Dear Mr. Roosaar,
To emphasize the independence of the Marine Systems segment within the
Group, we will be operating under the new brand name “TKMS” in all business
transactions from June 4, 2025.
In order to fulfill our contractual obligations in our contracts according to the
appendix of this letter [alternative: in our contract (TITLE)/ Contract Number
regarding information about changes to the trade name of our company
(contractor), we hereby inform you that our company will operate under the
name
TKMS ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH
and is also registered accordingly in the commercial register.
In the future, you will find the TKMS brand in our new company name, in our
emails, and in all market communications. Nothing will change for you in your
day-to-day business relationships. If you have any questions, please do not
hesitate to contact us.
