It was a great pleasure to meet Chief Justices Villem Lapimaa and Kaupo Kruusvee and enjoy their hospitality at Tallinn Circuit Court and Tallinn Administrative Court on my way to Tartu - and it is always a pleasure to meet Justice Laos, Saale, and discuss current affairs with her.
