The undersigned's true and lawful attorney-in-fact (the “Attorney-in-Fact”) for the Company for the following purposes related to aircraft Hawker 750 with serial number HB-33 (the "Aircraft"): a. to apply to Estonian Transport Administration and Estonian Technical Regulatory Authority on behalf of the Company for registration and obtaining registration documents for the Aircraft according to the Contract for aircraft operation # 20230303PHR signed on March 03, 2023 between the Company and PANAVIATIC AS, incorporated and organized under the laws of Estonia, under the registration number 11256731. The Company hereby grants to the Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary, or proper to be done in the exercise of any of the rights and powers herein granted, as fully to all intents and purposes as the Company might or could do if personally present hereby ratifying and confirming all that such Attorney-in- fact, shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this power of attorney and the rights and powers herein granted. This Power of Attorney shall remain in full force and effect until the 31st of March, 2023. Powers provided by this Power of Attorney may not be assigned to third persons.
