Nevertheless we are ready to accept your coordination condition; Symmetrical increase of power of the assignments: e.r.p . of 46 dBW for assignment KOERU_27 (IRFB ID 111058783). The r equested increase of e.r.p . in order just to match the e.r.p . value of the related assignment does not lead to a symmetrical interference situation. We consider as acceptable the e.r.p . value of 41 dBW for assignment KOERU_27 or a limitation for the 150°-220° sector; e.r.p . of 49 dBW for assignment KOERU_33 (IRFB ID 121068985). Similar to the previous case the situation on channel 33 is not symmetrical. With the coordination of assignments from the allotment Koeru ch. 33 we have already accepted interference increase to our GE06 Plan allotment Valmiera . On the contrary , the addition of assignments to the allotment Cesvaine to the already existing closer allotment Valmiera do es not significantly change the interference situation. Consequently proposed coordination condition , unfortunately , can’t be accepted; e.r.p . of 49 dBW for assignment EST-04-03-KRU-01 (IRFB ID 110116880). The r equested increase of e.r.p . to 49 dBW does not lead to a symmetrical interference situation. Acceptable characteristics of the implementation of new allotment Koeru ch. 39 are based on the interference potential of GE06 Plan allotment Koeru ch. 39 and the limits for the permissible interference to the GE06 Plan allotment Valmiera . We consider as acceptable the e.r.p . value of 44 dBW for assignment EST-04-03-KRU-01 or a limitation for the 170°-220° sector. Finally, we would like also to draw your attention that with the aim not to complicate the coordination process our last coordination responses concerning additional allotments for Estonia were not linked to any mutual coordination conditions. We kindly ask you to reconsider the coordination conditions that have been imposed . Your views on our considerations will be highly appreciated.
