AMENDMENT OF CONTRACT FOR SERVICES

5, 44314 Rakvere, represented on the basis of the statutes by Director Sirli Sipp Kulli
(hereinafter referred to as Customer),
and
Dr. Frank Wrobel, Exploration & Geological Modelling, registered address Grandkuhle 9,
30823 Garbsen, Germany (hereinafter referred to as Contractor),
hereinafter also jointly referred to as Parties and separately as Party
based on Articles 8.2 and 10.2 of the contract for service (Contract) No 9-1/20-14-1 executed
on 01.01.2020 agreed to modify the Contract as follows:
1. Amend the Article 1.2 as follows: The objective of the Contract is to provide
Competent Person Service for Jõhvi drilling project by the Contractor of the work
(provision of the service, etc) which is the object of this Contract.
2. Amend the first sentence of the article 2.1 as follows: The object of this Contract is to
provide Competent Person Service during the period agreed in the Contract for the
Customer regarding Jõhvi drilling project (hereinafter referred to as the Work).
3. Amend the Article 2.2 as follows: The Contractor shall perform the Work specified in
Article 2.1 and shall hand over all deliverables of the Work by 31.03.2021.
4. Amend the Article 5.1 as follows:
The Contractor shall complete the quarterly tasks as follows:

5. The Parties agree that Annex 1 shall not apply to terms and scope of work as amended
by this Amendment.
6. This Amendment will be effective as of the date of last signature.
7. This Amendment has been drawn up in two originals legally in power, one for each
Party.
