CL/04/2024 Rome, 25 October 2024 FF: Member States Invitation to the 100th session of the ICCROM Council I have the honour to inform you that the 100th session of Council will take place on the 7th and 8th of November 2024 at ICCROM Headquarters in Rome, Italy. In line with the Council's commitment to inclusive participation and as stipulated by Rule 10.3 of the Rules of Procedures of the Council, ICCROM's Member States are invited to attend the session in an observer capacity subject to the decision of the Council. Due to the limited seating capacity at the venue, in-person attendance will be highly restricted therefore observers will follow the proceedings online via Zoom. The session will take place in person from 09:00 to 17:00 CET. As usual, the Council sessions will be conducted in English and in French, with simultaneous interpretation. In order to receive the link to attend the meeting as well as the agenda and documents of the session, you are kindly requested to confirm your attendance before the 4th of November 2024 by sending an email to [email protected]. Registration for the session must be sent to the Secretariat from an institutional email address of the Member State. Please note that, in accordance with Rule 10.3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council, the Director-General, in consultation with the Chairperson of the Council, shall draw up a list of observers to be approved by the Council at the start of its session. As such, participation may not be guaranteed if the request for participation is received after the deadline. Conformément à l'engagement du Conseil en faveur d'une participation inclusive et tel que stipulé par l'Article 10.3 du Règlement intérieur du Conseil, les États membres de l'ICCROM sont invités à assister à la session en qualité d'observateurs, sous réserve de la décision du Conseil. En raison de la capacité limitée de la salle, l'accès en personne sera fortement restreint ; par conséquent les observateurs auront la possibilité de suivre les délibérations en ligne via Zoom. La session se tiendra en personne de 9h00 à 17h00 (CET). Comme à l'accoutumée, les sessions du Conseil se tiendront en anglais et en français avec une interprétation simultanée. Afin de recevoir le lien pour assister à la réunion ainsi que les identifiants nécessaires pour accéder à l’ordre du jour et aux documents de la session, vous êtes prié(e) de confirmer votre participation avant le 4 novembre 2024 en envoyant un courriel à [email protected]. Les inscriptions pour cette session doivent être envoyées au Secrétariat à partir d'une adresse électronique institutionnelle de l'État membre. Veuillez noter qu'en accord avec l'Article 10.3 du Règlement intérieur du Conseil, le Directeur général, en consultation avec le Président du Conseil, établira une liste d'observateurs qui sera soumise à l'approbation du Conseil au début de la session. En conséquence, la participation ne peut être garantie si la demande est reçue après la date limite.
