Internal divergences: solutions and good practices” established by Ms Beatrijs Deconinck, First President of the Court of Cassation of Belgium, for the working session of Thursday, 9 November. With a view to streamlining the preparation of the documents for the Colloquium, it would be very helpful if the answers to the enclosed questionnaire could be returned to the Secretariat of the Network ([email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> ) by Friday, 30 June 2023. The different questionnaires being established and circulated at different times, please find below an overview of the working sessions and questionnaires of the upcoming meeting of Vienna. Thursday, 9 November Working session: “Uniformity of Case-Law at Supreme Court level. Internal divergences: solutions and good practices”. Rapporteur of the session: Ms Beatrijs Deconinck, First President of the Court of Cassation of Belgium. We would be grateful to have the replies to the questionnaire by 30 June 2023. Friday, 10 November Working session 1: “The judicial dialogue: fundamental rights issues in court judgments”. Rapporteur of the session: Ms Dineke de Groot, President of the Supreme Court of the Netherlands. We would be grateful to have the replies to the questionnaire by 15 June 2023. Working session 2: “Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the work of the courts and the administration of justice”. Rapporteur of the session: Mr Donal O’Donnell, Chief Justice of Ireland.
