Honorable President Kove,
On behalf of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, I have the pleasure to
inform you üat our Court will mark its r4th Judicial Year, on 23'd and 24th of october 2o2g,
in Prishtina, Kosovo.
The r4tt' anniversary of our Court will be celebrated with a Solemn Ceremony and with an
International Conference on the topic: "The contribution of Constitutional Courts in
protecting and strengthening fundamentalualues of democracy, humanrights andrule of
IQu)'', during which Mr. Laurent Fabius, President of üe Constitutional Council of France,
will be a kelmote speaker.
As President of the Constitutional Court the Republic of Kosovo, it is my pleasure to
cordiaily inüte You and a Judge of your Court to honor us with your attendance at the
Solemn Ceremony and at the International Conference. We would be honored if you would
also agree to provide a presentation on üe abovementioned topic at the Conference. The
allotted time for üe presentation is up to 15 minutes.
We very much hope that you will be able to participate at the r4tt' Judicial Year of the
Constituüonal Court of the Republic of Kosovo, which will also be followed wiü a social
program on 25 October 2o2g. The final program of the 14th Jud'c'al Year will be
communicated to your Office in due time.
As it pertains to the logistics, we would like to inform you üat our Court witl gladly cover
the costs of accommodation and transfer from üe airport to üe hotei, and üce versa.
We wish to kindly request confirmation of your participation at the 14th Jud'c'al Year of our
Court by 15 May 2c.23, so that we may proceed with further arrangements.
