I would like to express my gratitude for the kind invitation to participate in the Opening Session
of the World Law Congress in Madrid on 8 May 2023.It would have been very inspiring to
participate. Regrettably, I am unable to attend the Opening Session Madrid as I have prior
commitments that cannot be rescheduled.
I express my sincere regrets for not being able to travel to Madrid this May and wish you every
success w-ith the organisation of the Event!
