I am from ZED BV, the Netherlands. Our company is based in the Netherlands, and one of the interests of our company is providing satellite ground station services. We have been designing ground station RF transceivers, and provide ground station support in VHF and UHF to Indian Space Organization (ISRO) from the past two years. We are now exploring the possibilities to open up a new ground station in mid Europe, specifically in Tallin, with one of our friends, who is the resident of Estonia. We are mainly interested in the following frequencies: VHF: 149-150 MHz for transmission (uplink) to satellite UHF: 435 MHz - 438 MHz for reception (downlink) from satellite SBand: 2.2 GHz - 2.39 GHz (both uplink and downlink) Before executing this plan, we want to make sure from you if any company "with proper license" from TTJA can communicate with any satellite on the aforementioned frequencies. If there is a possibility, then we want to gear up ourselves with opening our branch in Estonia as quickly as possible. Most of the satellites that we are operating fall under non-military applications. We highly appreciate if you can provide us the details. Regards Sujay
