Pursuant to Article 27 of the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1) (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia Nos 109/12, 110/13, 40/14 – ZIN-B, 54/14 – Constitutional Court decision, 81/15, 40/17, 30/19 – Constitutional Court decision and 189/21- ZDU-1M) the Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia issues the following in the part that refers to radio frequencies intended for the needs of national security and defence and protection against natural and other disasters, in agreement with the ministry responsible for defence, the ministry responsible for internal affairs, and the Slovenian Intelligence and Security Agency, and in the part relating to radio frequencies intended for air and maritime safety needs, in agreement with the ministry responsible for traffic GENERAL ACT on amendments and additions to the General Act on the Plan for the Use of Radio Frequencies (NURF-4d) Article 1 This General Act amends and supplements the General Act on the Plan for the Use of Radio Frequencies (NURF-4) (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia Nos. 10/18, 46/19, 139/20 and 189/21). Article 2 This General Act was adopted in accordance with the information procedure under Directive (EU) 2015/1535 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 September 2015 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical regulations and of rules on Information Society services (TRIS No 2022/nnn/SI). Article 3 In Annex ‘A.1 Basic table’, in the table:  in the row containing the frequency band ‘47-50 MHz’ in the fifth column (5) ‘Allocation (status)/payment’, the text ‘MZ (P), non-ODRF-T (S) / FF1, "0" ’ shall be deleted and replaced with ‘MZ (P), non-ODRF-T (S) / BCE, "0"’ and the text ‘MZ (P) / BCE’ shall be deleted and replaced with ‘MZ (P) / FF1’;  in the rows containing the frequency bands ‘410-420 MHz’ and ‘420–430 MHz’ in the sixth column (6) ‘Adaptations/requirements’, the existing text shall be deleted and replaced with the following: ‘Bands 410–417 MHz and 420–427 MHz are intended for broadband systems and networks. Within that area, decisions on the allocation of radio frequencies for narrowband PMR systems shall be issued with a validity of one year, with the possibility of extension until the issuance of decisions on the allocation of radio frequencies for broadband systems.’;  In the row containing the frequency band ‘440–450 MHz’ in the fifth column (5) ‘Allocation (status)/payment’, the text ‘MZ (P), non-ODRF-T (S) / FF1, "0" ’ shall be deleted and replaced with ‘MZ (P), non-ODRF-T (S) / BCE, "0"’ and the text ‘MZ (P) / BCE’ shall be deleted and replaced with ‘MZ (P) / FF1’;  in the rows containing the frequency bands ‘450-456 MHz’, ‘456-459 MHz’, ‘459-460 MHz’ and ‘460-470 MHz’ in the sixth column (6) ‘Adaptations/requirements’, the existing text shall be deleted and replaced with the following text: ‘Within the bands 450-457.5 MHz and 460-467.5 MHz, decisions on the allocation of radio frequencies for narrowband PMR systems shall be issued with a validity of one year, with the possibility of extension until the issuance of decisions on the allocation of radio frequencies for broadband systems.
