Dear Madam, Sir,
In Part A of the above-referenced Special Section, the Radiocommunication Bureau (BR) published the
information received from administrations on the proposed modifications to the Plan, together with
the names of those administrations having frequency assignments recorded in the Plan, which are
considered as affected. The name of your Administration appears among those whose agreement
should be sought under provision 3.1 of Article 4 of the Agreement.
As required in § 3.2.3 of Article 4 of the Regional Agreement, the results of the calculations for the
assignments of your Administration, considered as affected, are available on the BR IFIC-DVD and on
our web site at the following address: https://www.itu.int/ITU-R/eTerrestrial/EPub.
Your attention is also drawn to provision 3.2.10 of Article 4 of the Agreement, according to which an
administration which has not notified its comments either to the administration concerned or to the BR
within sixteen weeks from the date of publication of the above-mentioned Special Section, it shall be
understood to have agreed to the proposed change.
