We have no information about the source of the rights purchase. 2. „DVB Common Interface/Common Interface plus“, both are common in Estonia. First managed by CENELEC and second by DVB.org, standard ETSI TS 103 205. 3. ETSI EN 303 340 „Digital Terrestrial TV Broadcast Receivers; Harmonised Standard for access to radio spectrum“.
