Dear Madam, Sir,
Part A of the above-referenced Special Section contains information communicated by administrations on
proposed modifications to the Plan. The Special Section also shows that services of your Administration are
likely to be affected by the proposed modifications (see section 4.2.7 of the Geneva Agreement, 1984).
In accordance with section 4.3.4, administrations being part of the Agreement are requested to
acknowledge receipt of this telefax within fifty days.
In accordance with Resolution 4 of the Agreement, the Radiocommunication Bureau draws the attention of
the administrations of non-Contracting Members to the information contained in this Special Section.
