Terms of Variation
Terms of Interpretation
Variation In this variation agreement, capitalised terms have the same meaning as they have in the Agreement.
Variation
The parties agree that on and from the date of this variation agreement, the Agreement is varied in the manner set out in
the section titled “Details of Variation”.
Inconsistency
To the extent of any inconsistency between the Agreement and this variation agreement, this variation agreement will have
priority.
Confirmation
The parties acknowledge that the terms of the Agreement remain unamended and binding on the parties except to the
extent they are varied by this variation agreement.
Governing Law
This variation is governed by the governing law specified in the Agreement.

Software and Add the following to Software and to Annexure 2 Fees:

Fees ‘The following software is provided under this agreement.
1. Terminology Server (Read/Write) – 1 end point/instance for the time period : 25 November 2022 – 24 November 2023.

2. Terminology Server (Read/Write) – 1 end point/instance for the time period : 25 November 2023 – 24 May 2024. [Half
Year Fee EUR 12,500]”
Dates The End Date is deleted and replaced with “24 May 2024”
Fee (EUROS) The following text is added to the Fee (EUROS) :
