Legal Entity Form:
Please send us an official registration/VAT document for EGT (Eesti Geoloogiateenistus). For
further information, click on this text.
Thank you in advance for providing this document at your earliest convenience.
Concerning the changes on the two other partners you mention in your e-mail: indeed the same
documentation as in the previous cases will be needed. Please group both, so that we can do the
changes in a single amendment. A new letter committing to contribute data to the project free of
restrictions on use will only be needed if it was also provided by the original partner.

Dear Carlos,
Back in business after 4 weeks of hot summer. I hope that you have had a chance to enjoy the
summer too, or perhaps you are on vacation right now.
I�m writing because of a partner�s change of status which I have mentioned before, namely
the Estonian partner (partner number 9) of EMODnet Geology. We received all required
documents from Estonia just before my vacation and I sent them by DHL together with a letter
from our Director General to EASME (Alenka Kampl) during my holiday on July 17th. Perhaps I
should have sent copies to you as well, sorry in that case. In case you need copies, please send
me a note.
A similar issue is the change of our partner number 2 NERC � BGS to UKRI � NERC � BGS,
which we also discussed in email earlier. I sent them a request on documents according to your
instructions and the process on that is running.
Now we have one more partner change in progress as one expert from University of Sussex
(partner number 32 of the EMODnet Geology consortium) is moving to Edge Hill University and
she is the person who is providing essential information to our Coastal Behavior work package.
Thus we need to have a contract with Edge Hill University instead of the University of Sussex,
with acceptance from University of Sussex and the EMODnet Geology consortium, as well as
EASME of course. I guess that we need to have similar paperwork with them as with the
Estonian partner? I have already informed them about such probable need, so hopefully they
are already collecting necessary documents. By the way, University of Sussex is not a data
provider to the project such as the Geological Survey organizations are, but instead a provider
of coastal change expertise. Thus I wonder if a document on data delivery is necessary from
Edge Hill University?
