Dear Madam, Sir,
After a period of 75 days following the date of publication of the above-referenced BR IFIC, and in
accordance with paragraph 4.1.4.8 of the GE06 Regional Agreement, the Bureau wishes to inform you that
it has sent requests to the administrations considered as affected requesting them to give their decisions
concerning your proposed modifications to the Plan, and provides you with the name of the administrations
which have given its agreements and the name of the administrations which have not replied (see the link
below).
As you are aware, according to paragraph 4.1.4.9 of the GE06 Regional Agreement, when an administration
has not replied it is deemed that this administration has not agreed to the proposed modifications to the
Plans.
The Bureau invites your Administration to submit the TB3 electronic notices for the proposed modifications
having received all the necessary agreements. To generate the TB3 notices, as well as to follow the
coordination update and information, you might use the web application MyAdmin at the following
address:
https://www.itu.int/ITU-R/eTerrestrial/MyAdmin.
