However taking into account the possibility of operators arrangements specified in most of coordination A rrangements for stations of land mobile service, we hope that an acceptable result can be directly agreed between the operators concerned. If needed, Estonian administration can share the information on the respective contacts on the Estonian side. We have objections to the coordination of frequency assignment: Valka 3550 MHz LVA_FB2-5785_3550.txt Valka 763 MHz LVA_FB2-5786_763.txt The negative coordination comes from the need to ensure the equal access to the spectrum and can be re-examined after successful end of public auction in Estonia for these band s considering the input from licence holders and their plans in that region.
