In particular, if (i) Government Bodies in your country (e.g., government, armed forces, peace keepers, etc.), or (ii) international bodies like the United Nations, or (iii) other Governments, or (iv) service providers on their behalf, want to use a satellite equipment in your country. - What are the specific regulations that would apply to them if these exist? o Register as an Electronic Service provider? (I don’t think it is the case) o Do they need to apply for a licence? What license? o Are they exempted? o Do they need to pay a fees? o How long will it take to get the authorization, if applicable? - Who do they need to talk to in case they need to deploy a satellite equipment ?
