Dear Madam/Sir,
After reviewing the Special Section mentioned above the Estonian Administration has no objection
to the proposed modifications affecting Estonia, except the following records as those are not
coordinated with Estonia:
Russian Federation DTT assignment SANKT PETERBURG LEN (adm. ID
RUS1309030782BT);
Russian Federation DTT assignment LUGA LEN (adm. ID RUS21080899BT).
In addition we would like to add remark R2:EST to the Russian Federation DTT allotment LUGA
(adm. ID RUS401031).

In reply to your letter dated 25 March 2022 (attached for your reference), concerning Special Section
187 of GE06 Plan (BR IFIC 2962 of 11 January 2022), objecting to the assignments from Russia with
Admin Ids: RUS1309030782BT and RUS21080899BT, the Bureau informs your administration that your
objections cannot be taken into consideration because the concerned assignments were published in
Part B of the Special Section and, according to GE06 Agreement, there is no possibility to object
publications in Part B. Only the ones published in part A may receive comments (agreements or
objections).
We remain at your disposal in case you have any further questions on this issue.
