Dear Sirs,
As agreed in item 2.5 of the Summary Record (ref. 1), we have thoroughly studied your proposals (ref. 2) to
move the digital frequency allotment areas KINGISEPP (GE06 ID 117028961) from 25 Ch (506 MHz) to
34 Ch (578 MHz) and KOHTLA (GE06 ID 106531678) from 34 Ch (578 MHz) to 25 Ch (506 MHz).
Based on the results of the study, we cannot agree to such moves due to existing limitations imposed by
other Russian services on the use of 34 Ch (578 MHz) in the KINGISEPP digital frequency allotment area.
