Amongst others, the said request sought answers to the following questions: Please clarify as to which budget (the budget of the European Union or the state budget (if the state budget, then which authority administers/manages the respective funds)) would be the source of the disbursement to the Project partner SIA “Liepaja Marina” for the works specified in the Project report for Reporting period 15 (Partner progress report Est-Lat55 ESTLAT harbours Period 15: 2022.02.01 –31.05.2022) if the Managing Authority had identified no false information in the submission of SIA “Liepaja Marina”? What would be the total amount of the funds to disburse to the Project partner SIA “Liepaja Marina” for the works stated in the Project report for Reporting period 15? Is the funding allotted by the European Regional Development Fund to this Project regarded as a subsidy or a grant or any other kind of allocation? Considering that the sought information is of significance for the investigation under the criminal proceedings No. 28220000423 (EPPO case number I.000319/2023), I kindly ask to provide the answers to those questions by 7 March 2025.
