In accordance with the section 4.3.4 of the Geneva Agreement, 1984 we acknowledge the receipt of
your letter of 19 October 2021 ref. 31E(BCD)O-2021-004157.
In accordance with the section 4.4.1 of the Geneva Agreement, 1984 we inform you that we have no
objections concerning the GE84 Plan changes published in the Special Section GE84/306 of BRIFIC
No. 2957 of 19 October 2021.
